Miles Biggs
Born in New Orleans, Miles moved to Covington in 1980 where he currently resides with his wife and their 3 children. After attending St. Paul’s High School, Miles graduated from Louisiana State University’s College of Engineering with bachelor degrees in both construction management and business management. Working as a general contractor for over 20 years now, he began his career working as a construction project manager with Roy Anderson Corp. and Yates, both nationally renowned commercial contracting companies. There he assisted and completed large projects such as the Beau Rivage Casino and Ocean Club Condominium, among others. Miles’ long time interest in custom home construction and renovation led him to begin his own general contracting company in 2000. Biggs Construction specializes in a wide variety of custom residential building projects including new construction, renovations, and additions. His attention to detail and work ethic goes a long way in completing projects efficiently and dependably. Miles works directly with owners, architects, and subcontractors to oversee projects from estimating to completion. His experience in the trade ranges from large commercial jobs to working hands-on in custom home building and renovations. Miles is a current member of the St. Tammany Home Builders Association and a licensed residential and commercial contractor with the State of Louisiana.
